Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive e-mail management solution, which will give you full control over your email mailbox accounts and e-mail newsletters. With this easy-to-work-with GUI, you can set up a brand new electronic mail account in no time and manage its settings easily. Furthermore, you can redirect mail messages from one mail account to another, activate mail filters, create autoresponder messages and shield your e-mailboxes against spam emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can protect all your e-mail box accounts against junk electronic mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unwanted e-mails will find their way into your mailbox. Your mails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message flagged as spam should be deleted or redirected to a particular email box account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are excellent for filtering your incoming email messages according to specific rules set by you. Setting up mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will go into effect immediately. You can quickly create a filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and choose the mail filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming emails from one electronic mail account to another, or even to a number of other mail accounts. Simply select the e-mail box account you would like to redirect electronic mails from, then choose the destination email mailbox and select if you would like to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can quickly set up the email client of your preference to access your e-mailboxes. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox you want to set up on your desktop PC or smartphone and click on the e-mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new email box account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager user interface, managing multiple e-mailboxes at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager GUI will also allow you to easily set up an autoresponder message - specify the message you want people to see and our system will handle everything else. And if you wish to configure a catch-all email mailbox - you can achieve that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
