Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing mail management tool, which will give you total control over your e-mailboxes and electronic mailing lists. With this user-friendly GUI, you can create a brand new e-mailbox account in an instant and manage its settings effortlessly. Besides, you can forward e-mails from one e-mailbox to another, set up mail filters, create autoresponder messages and protect your e-mailbox accounts against junk e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your mailbox accounts against junk e-mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unsolicited e-mails will find their way into your email box. Your electronic mail messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether a message blacklisted as spam should be erased or forwarded to a given e-mailbox.
Email Filters
Email filters are perfect for filtering your incoming mails according to specific rules set by you. Setting up email filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantaneously. You can swiftly create a filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and select the e-mail filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming mails from one email account to another, or even to a number of other e-mail accounts. Simply select the email mailbox you want to redirect mails from, then choose the target email box and select if you want to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can easily configure the e-mail client of your preference to access your e-mail accounts. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email box you wish to set up on your desktop computer or mobile phone and click on the electronic mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new email mailbox account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple e-mailbox accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager user interface will also allow you to easily create an autoresponder message - enter the message you want people to read and our system will handle everything else. And if you want to configure a catch-all mailbox - you can accomplish that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
